Return or cancellation requests are sent via e-mai. In the complaint the customer indicates the reason for the claim. We reserve the right not to accept the buyer’s claim if the reasons for his claim are deemed unreasonable.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received (as new), without being closed or the package has been hacked, just before the sale, as the original complete packaging.
To accept the return, it is necessary to show the order number of the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are indicated in the order code.

The customer has the right to return the purchased product and ask to be replaced with another product or a refund, in two cases:

1. In case of proven fault of our company (wrong product or product received with quality defects), the customer must return the product within ten (10) days from the day he received it, without transport costs.

2. If the customer’s decision to return the product is not the result of any of the aforementioned objective reasons, the company reserves the right not to honor the claim. If the claim is confirmed, the customer can return the product within ten (10) days from the date of receipt. In this case all transport costs and any difference in the price of the products are charged to the customer.

In all cases, the products must be in the condition received by the customer, complete, without damage and in the original packaging. If it is not returned within ten (10) days, our store is not obliged to accept any refund.

In case of compliance with the terms and conditions and acceptance of the return of the product, the customer is entitled to receive another product of equal value or a refund. The refund to the customer will be completed within ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the product.

In case of repeated refunds or refunds in the event that our company, in its sole discretion, believes that the customer is abusing the right of return or acting in bad faith has the right to refuse the return of the product, even if these conditions are met and satisfied.

These terms do not affect the consumer’s rights established by law.
